Operation Mail Call

Military Missions Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to boosting the morale of our troops through the delivery of care packages, showing our deployed servicemen and women that we appreciate their sacrifice.

Using the guidelines individuals and groups donate their time and creativity to make cards and write encouraging notes for our deployed service members. Once you have written your note please send to Military Missions Inc. Anyone is able to get involved, regardless of location. Learn more about Operation Mail Call here.

What rules are there, regarding supplies?
The only rule regarding craft supplies is that there is no glitter or confetti.

Decide what to write on the card

Buy a box of greeting cards, write a note of encouragement to our troops and send them to us to be included in our packages.
Download these printable cards click HERE, write your message inside and send to us.
Fold a piece of paper in half and make your own card.  We would love for schools, churches, and clubs to have their children spend a few minutes making cards.
Download these printable coloring pages click HERE, have fun coloring them and send to us.
Write personal letters that can be included in the packages.  A great way to start your letter is “Dear Service Member” or “Dear Friend”.
Do NOT put a date on them because they will be sent all during the year.

Military Missions Inc does not need the envelopes, only the cards.

Military Missions Inc. can only accept Christmas cards during October and November. During the other months, please send non-holiday or patriotic themed cards.

Card and letter writing tips:

Be positive and upbeat
Be thankful
Feel free to share a little info about yourself like hobbies, pets, etc
Talk about things happening around home like the weather, sports, etc
They love your drawings but DO NOT use glitter, because they can get in trouble if glitter gets on uniform/items
Do not discuss inappropriate things
Avoid politics or political statements
Avoid lengthy religious discussions, but saying you are praying for them is great
