WHERE WILL WE BE SENDING THE CARDS:
We will be sending the cards to Military Missions Inc. Beyond the Yellow Ribbon which is a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Military Missions Inc. is focused on boosting the morale of our troops through the delivery of care packages, showing our deployed service members that their service is greatly appreciated. According to Military Missions Inc.  handwritten cards and letters are the most cherished items in a care package.

Tasks: All are welcome to join us to make encouraging cards for our deployed service members. No matter your age or skill set, we'd love to have you! All supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring what you would like to use (please no glitter or confetti as they can get in trouble if this gets on their uniforms)
Age Minimum: This is a family friendly volunteer event, but if you have littles, please know that it will be your responsibility to supervise them and help them with their cards.

Not staying at the campground, but want to seRV?  Due to local regulations, this seRV with Purpose event is only for those who have booked a stay at Piney River Resort. However, Military Missions is glad to accept cards from anyone in the USA. You can create your cards and mail them to Military Missions Inc., 570 Delzan Place, Suite 10, Lexington, KY 40503.
