Annual Bark-B-Que Fundraiser Dinner for Lucky's Place (Thayne, WY)

Join us Saturday, June 17th to help Lucky's Place for their annual Bark-B-Que Fundraiser Dinner! This will be a fun-filled evening with dinner, dancing and live music -- all run by volunteers! 400+ people are expected to attend the dinner, so the more volunteers, the better!

What is Lucky's Place?

Lucky’s Place is a private, independent NO-KILL shelter run by Animal Humane Association of Star Valley. Learn more about this nonprofit here.

VOLUNTEER DAY DETAILS

Date: Saturday, June 17

Time: Volunteers needed for a variety of day shifts from 9am-8pm. Dinner will be from 5:30-7:30pm.

Address: Star Valley Ranch RV Resort -- 3522 Muddy String Road Thayne, WY 83127

Tasks: Setting up the barn, selling raffle tickets, serving dinner, helping at bake table and cleaning up.

Clothing Requirements: Come in comfortable clothing (with layers as it gets chilly at night) and close-toed shoes.

Notes: 

• This is a family friendly event, children of all ages welcome with supervision.
• Christina will gather volunteer sign ups and communicate directly with the nonprofit to assign shifts.
