Blessings & Hope Food Pantry

Blessings and Hope Food Pantry is a community outreach, staffed fully by volunteers. This food pantry provides a safe space where individuals and families can come and be blessed by the volunteers, staff, and food they receive. This food pantry feeds over 2,000 people (500+ families!) each week and they need and are excited for our help! Find out more about this amazing organization at www.blessingsandhope.org.

Tasks:

1) Help with distribution day (Tuesdays) to the individuals and families! Some individuals will be helping sort and organize food in the distribution center, but most volunteers will be helping pass out food in the car distribution line.

2) Organize and prep for Tuesday's distribution day (Monday, Wednesday-Friday)

Attire:

Please come wearing close toed shoes and weather appropriate clothing as most volunteers will be outside.

Family Friendly:

While all ages are welcome to join, parents will need to supervise their kiddos. :) We suggest families with younger children help organize and pack food donations inside for safety. The car line can move quickly!
