Holiday RV Park Nature Trail Build (Traverse City, MI // August 16)

Join us at Holiday RV Park & Campground in Traverse City, MI to help build a nature trail at this locally owned RV park! This park has been wanting to build this nature trail for their guests, but do not have the help to complete the project. Their land has been surveyed, they have the equipment, but they just need volunteers.

Let's help this local RV park so this nature trail can be a gift for guests to use for years to come!

VOLUNTEER DAY DETAILS:

Date: Wednesday, August 16, 2023
Time: 9am - 12pm (Lunch provided by campground after seRV event!)
Address: Holiday RV Park & Campground - 4860 US-31 South Traverse City, MI 49685
Tasks: Mulching, clearing brush, cutting back trees, and building a overlook deck // All equipment will be provided by the campground.
Clothing Requirements:Please come in close toed shoes, pants, clothing that can get dirty and bring sunglasses, gloves, and water.
Age Minimum: Open to all ages! However, any children under 14 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Campground Discount: Holiday Park RV Park will offer a $5 discount to volunteers for the night of this volunteer event. Volunteers may make their reservation by calling the campground directly (231-943-4410) or online. Let the campground know you are participating in the seRV volunteer event that night so they can make a note and apply your discount. Once you arrive at the campground, let the staff know you are signed up for the seRV volunteer event to make sure your discount has been applied.

Not staying at the campground, but want to seRV? Awesome! Arrive 5-10 minutes early and park by the dog park and check in at the campground office. They will direct you from there.
