Join us on Friday, Feb 7, from 9:30 am - 11:30 am to assist at Mālama Kaua’i with assembling food boxes for children in need. We will meet at Kauai Local Food in Lihue, HI.
Mālama Kaua’i is a community-based, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that focuses on increasing local food production and access for Kaua‘i.

Parking: Parking lot in office center, additional parking behind building.
Tasks:
Mālama Kaua’i prepares and distributes meal boxes filled with groceries, equivalent to 7 days of breakfasts and lunches to low-income keiki (kids!) across Kaua’i. We will bring our hearts and hands and help pack boxes!
Notes:
Of course this is family friendly, but children must be under your supervision. Please remember that it will be busy, with lots of boxes and people moving around, so keep your littles close! Bring a water jug/bottle.
