Lets Make Them Lunch @ Ronald McDonald House of NW FL

Join us Thursday March 21st, 2024 from 10:00am - 12:00pm in Pensacola at the Ronald McDonald House of NW Florida to give back. These families have so much to worry about, we hope to ease their burden by making them a meal.

"The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Florida is to love and support families of children with medical needs by giving them a place to call home.

We believe when families are together, they cope better. We believe no family should have to deal with their child’s medical crisis alone. And that was the beginning of our unique role as a children’s charity, enabling, supporting, and facilitating family-centered care."

VOLUNTEER DAY DETAILS
Date: Thursday March 21st, 2024

Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm (please arrive 10 minutes early)

Address: Ronald McDonald House of NW Florida. 5200 Bayou Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32503

Parking: Please park in the lot directly out front, there is also overflow parking in the lots to the right as you enter the driveway.  Close to the retention pond there is oversized vehicle parking.

WHAT WE WILL BE DOING

Our goal is to make lunch for up to 25 people who are staying at the house.  There may also be an opportunity to help with chores around the house to include possible light maintenance (if comfortable doing so) and card making for the kids.

CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS

Please come in closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing.

NOTES

This is a family friendly volunteer event, but if you have children under 16, please know that it will be your responsibility to supervise them.
