Description

Flathead Food Bank in Kalispell, MT is a great place to volunteer if you are visiting Glacier and Montana this summer! The Flathead Food Bank supports and operates a variety of programs to ensure that everyone in our community has reliable access to healthy and nutritious food. Learn more about the food bank here.

Tasks: Volunteer opportunities include stocking of the store’s shelves, sorting food, interviewing customers, entering data, bagging groceries, cleaning, repacking perishable food, collecting donated goods, and delivering food to senior citizens.

Who Can Volunteer: Anyone can volunteer! Individuals, families, and groups from your workplace, church, or school can all contribute to our efforts to end hunger in the Flathead Valley. You can even bring your children, as long as they are supervised by a parent or guardian. Teenagers and young people can come alone, as long as they are old enough to stay on task unsupervised.

Sign Up: To volunteer, email Mike Terry, Volunteer Coordinator at mike@flatheadfoodbank.com or call 406-752-3663.

Attire: Please come in close-toed shoes.
